How to Place an Order
All orders must be submitted by the customer using our self service ordering platform. Please note management cannot enter orders on your behalf. If you wish to have a member of the catering team enter your order and act as a liaison, there will be an additional administrative fee added to your invoice.
Multiple events spanning consecutive days may be subject to equipment availability. Please note our catering attendant must have access to the cafe's catering equipment by 3:00pm on the day prior to your next event to allow time for proper cleaning and sanitation. If the customer cannot provide us access to equipment by that time, a $25 cleaning fee will be added to the final invoice.
To ensure availability of service and menu items please place your orders at least two business days in advance. For last-minute catering requests please contact the catering department at 682-478-9311, and we will do our best to accommodate you. A last minute order fee of $50 will be added to all orders placed within 48 hours of the event. A last minute order fee of $80 will be added to all orders placed within 24 hours of the event. Last minute orders are not confirmed when using the self service ordering platform. Please contact the catering department at 682-478-9311 to obtain order confirmation.
There is a minimum order requirement of $150 before taxes and fees. A delivery charge will be added to all orders not reaching the minimum. All orders have an administrative fee added to the invoice. Any service/staffing/administrative charges are charges for the administration of the function and are not purported to be a tip or gratuity and will not be distributed as a tip or gratuity to the employees who provided service to the guests. Please contact the catering department at 682-478-9311 if you would like to inquire about tipping your catering attendant.
Customers are responsible for paying 50 percent of the total invoice, including administrative fees, for any orders canceled within 1 business day of the event.
We accept major credit cards American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa for payment. All credit card payments must be completed through your customer portal. Please note we cannot accept payment information over the phone. Payment information must be submitted to confirm your order.
